This guy knew too much about what the US government was about and doing. He must have rattled a few nerves and someone decided to eliminate him. The feud with a neighbor sounds pretty much like a bullshit distracting story to take the heat off of government. There have been lots of deaths of people who work in such high places..especially the microbiologist involved in US government projects. Definitely FISHY...

William Fleisher, an ex-cop who co-founded Philadelphia's murder-solving Vidocq Society, said that the discovery of eyewitnesses and surveillance video of a disoriented Wheeler before he died suggests that the 66-year-old man had suffered a head or brain injury.
And that apparent disorientation, Fleisher speculated, could have caused Wheeler to voluntarily crawl into a trash Dumpster - either seeking shelter, as happens sometimes among the homeless, or perhaps looking for his reportedly lost papers.
"He may have crawled into the Dumpster looking for his briefcase, or simply to get warm," said Fleisher, who runs a Center City investigations firm, Keystone Intelligence Network.
Fleisher also agreed with increasing speculation that Wheeler - who was filmed Dec. 29, two days before his body was found, in a downtown office with no overcoat and holding a shoe - was the victim of a traumatic event such as a mugging, or a stroke.
"He may have been mugged, as he himself suggested" in a conversation with a Wilmington parking-garage worker on Dec. 29, "and may have suffered a concussion," Fleisher speculated.
Here is my BULLSHIT METER and as you can see it is going off the chart. This cockamamie story in this newspaper is so phony that it would not even be considered the script for a B movie.

This guy had his hands in so many government pots that it is frightening. Any one of these organizations would have reason to take him out as he knew too much about the goings on and the intentions of each. The SEC, AIR FORCE, PENTAGON, MICROBIOLOGY etc etc...this guy was involved deeply in all of the covert programs each of these entities has. Just the SEC alone and the Wall Street corruption and money theft would be reason to take him out if he was going to expose it. Being involved in the development of biological agents that have the potential for use as SOFT KILL WEAPONS and may explain all of this bird/fish death, is another reason to take him out. Dealing in many covert Pentagon programs is still another reason for someone to want him gone. There are lots of assumptions that can be made in this case. Without doubt this was not a random act of violence and as Savage said there was a message sent in him being thrown into a garbage dump/landfill. Too many scientist have gone dead in america and England in a very similar fashion under questionable reasons.
