EXACTLY!!! A girlfriend of mine grew up in East Berlin. Not fun!

Not really considering it's only between the US and Mexico and if as an American you want to go to Mexico you won't be doing it in the middle of the desert at 4am in the morning. There's plenty of border crossings to use.

Not to mention, I was being facetious.

Are you sure about that? Right now they're not, ...but give it a little time. When conditions become desperate enough you'll see American's clamouring to get out, ...and if it means crawling through the desert at 4am they'll do it.
