I have known Justin for a while now, and hopefully, he is going to do well at the 2010 NPC California here in May. Currently, he is at 290 pounds, and has agreed to write some notes for us as he gears up to train and win that contest. Here is the first entry, for the positive bodybuilding forum here.

Thanks for posting those. Motivation. Reminded me of some exercises I can use. I'm going to look closer at that diet plan also and see how much I can start eating again even with my schedule.
Just goes to show that form, so long as not to cause injury to self, is not so critical as some people claim. Like was said in the video at one point during back, "so long as it hits the spot"..... I think I read somewhere before of other bodybuilders being not so concerned with perfect form in exercise and still winning some respectable events.
Hope you win.
