take one pound of turkey meat and one pound of ground beef. mix together three eggs, one chopped onion, 4 jalpenno peppers chopped up, salt and seasoning. a little a-1 sauce. just mix it all up, put into a baking pan. 45 minutes at 385. take it out and scoop out the fat. put what ever bar. sauce on top, back into the oven for 15 minutes..

i get 6 meals out of this. tastes great, easy to make. lots of protein.

Do you know off hand how much protein in each of those 6 meals?

There's about 900 grams of meat there in total which I would estimate at roughly 30-35 grams of protein for each 100 grams of meat.

Which is a minimum of 270 grams of protein for the whole thing (not including the eggs).

Divided by 6 meals and that's a minimum of 45 grams of protein per meal. Probably more once the eggs are taken into account and also if you have rice with it you're looking at over 50 grams per meal easily. Not too bad.
