A roller ball mouse, AFAIK they were a few years on the market but it wasn't a success

No, it was rather a ergonomic version of a mouse to prevent RSI

Oh yeah it reminded me of a mouse but I thought it could be something different then I would look stupid. It having no cord also confused me...
