Guy had a phenomenal physique, one of my fave's in the 90's. If in fact he had a substance abuse problem then he may not be GH15 as GH15 seems very much against recreational drug use....unless it is a rouse to throw us off the path.......

WIESBADEN He worked his way up with ambition and steroids from a former apprentice to Glyco / world champion bodybuilder. The steep rise was followed by the sudden crash: Roland Cziurlok from Taunton-Hahn landed in the drugs world, has stood in court yesterday.
Who asked the internet search engine Google for Roland Cziurlok receives a flood of responses. The proposed 2700 web pages usually show pictures of the now 37-year-old Taunus Steiner, who represents his giant muscle bulk in competitions to show. Around the World Championships in Seoul, where Cziurlok was in the class light-heavyweight champion at 26 years.
Posters of the native of Poland on the Internet for eleven euros offered for sale, food supplements marketed under his name. He himself had founded at the time of its greatest prosperity in the year 1997, a company that dealt with construction preparations and a turnover of 200 000 DM annually made.
In addition, 5000 marks a month he earned as a professional bodybuilder. Much that is not appropriate to the health, sacrificed Cziurlok, and compared to the sums he has invested. "You have to be an actor to make money as a bodybuilder," he says, alluding to the most prominent of his trade: Arnold Schwarzenegger, the star of the "Terminator" movies and now governor of California.
When he was in good shape economically, drove Cziurlok Jaguar. Today, after his fall, an Opel Vectra. "Turbo Diesel," he emphasized, as it asks the court for it. The emphasis with which he says shows: All it has not left his pride.
Cziurlok comes from a humble background. He and his family had moved in 1980 from Silesia to Germany. It has taken his time until he could properly German. About secondary school and teaching at the automotive supplier Glyco he worked his way up. He is a climber who has fallen deep.
Sometime in 2000, had muscles torn down, he says. Competitions were not possible. The consumption of construction preparations had become meaningless, the jump from non-use anabolics to vodka and cognac far. Cziurlok went to the disco at the weekend, a bottle was due. Every day he threw for stimulating amphetamines, cocaine occasionally. The abuse did not remain without consequences.
His company went bankrupt, Cziurlok has since been without a job. He has no chance to get one. Now he wants to return to Poland. "My future is in the east," he says.
But first he must still wait for his sentence, he of the 1 Trial Chamber to expect. Trade in drugs is accused of. The 37-year-old should have sold two years ago in a Wiesbaden Bistro a kilo of amphetamines - which he denies. He admits to have given a year ago, a friend also amphetamines and 150 kilograms of cocaine.
Cziurlok has no choice but to admit he has to deal: The friend was undercover police. Someone who was initially an employee of a bank, then an insurance company before he became unemployed. The Cziurlok 1996 at a fitness fair spoke as if he wanted to be bodybuilders and there are competitions.
"When I was world champion, all sorts of people came to me," says the Taunus Steiner. But with the least connected him so much as with the undercover agent. The friendship lasted many years, he opened his Cziurlok house, let him stay with him. A year ago, then the friend had asked him to buy drugs. "He has begged me one week long to sell him something." Several times a day he had called because he allegedly wanted to earn money with the drug: Cziurlok was then in the Wiesbaden scene as one who has the drugs.
At least he knew where he could get his friend, the desired drugs. For people whose names will not disclose it, because otherwise he would have to be afraid of them. Shortly after the drug business Cziurloks career was at the low point: The former world champion had for 28 days in custody. He had turned the corner, he says today: No drugs, no alcohol. For this, a therapy of its success, he believes.

When i became a ember here like 3-4 months ago i read at least 2000 gh15 posts in one week...quite many hints about his true identity could be found that way...if they were all true he simply has to be gunther...dont remember exact examples but there wasnt any other possibilities...or then he left those hints on purpose to confuse us...who knows, god is almighty.. ::)

roland was one of those guys that came outa nowhere and he looked incredible at the mr o and he got 15th place it was rediculas this guy should have been top10 that year easy!!! just was a total unknown so he was overlooked forget what year this was...

No way. I have hung out with Gunter several times. A friend of mine promotes shows and has had Gunter guest pose several times. He's a cool guy..no way he'd write that idiotic drivel on here. Plus Gunter has great genetics. He would never say that crap that a natural can only weigh 160 ripped at 5'10...nor would any other real pro bodybuilder either.
