Here in Canada that guy would of gotten life for that. Thats why there are fewer citizens arrests here because nobody wants to take the chance of trying to do good and going to prison for it.

This happened at a LA TAN literally 5 min from my house
Ive tanned there a few times in spring of 2010 before a vaca.

Sort of creepy because I remember that girl behind the counter

This is in a city right by where I work. Good for that guy who did the shooting and protected himself and others, I was glad to see that he wasn't regretting what he did and such...he said that he saw his wife and kids in his head and than he pulled the trigger. It can't be an easy thing to do, but he did it.
