Fatpanda's diet and training ideas/theories? Is it because he doesn't quite look the part? Or is it that he can come across as a bit abrasive? Or does it have something to do with the fact that he challanges the deeply set ideas/beliefs of his distractors? Discuss

2. he talks the talk without walking the walk
3. his theories are totally useless under the bodybuilding context
4. he is a tenacious and relentless sob. the whole board can be against him but the fucker just keep comin

FYI, his theories aren't wrong, in fact I consider him the gh15 of "diet" ;D I'm getting leaner and leaner by the day, on a "diet" of black coffee, chocolate chip cookies, gummi bears, and scrambled eggs with cheese, AND I AM NOT LOSING MUSCLE, IN FACT MY STRENTH HAS STEADILY INCREASED 8) FYI, fatpanda's protein guidelines are too high, 1 gram per kilo, not per pound, is more than enough

Honest to God I AM NOT A GIMMICK, I'm just trying to make you fellas see that "diet" literally means FUCK ALL and that HARD AND CONSISTANT TRAINING IS THE END ALL BE ALL OF ACHIEVING AN OUTSTANDING BOD ;D BTW, check 2 of my former threads, "Me at my peak" and "Me and my lady" and you will see that it IS the same guy. Once again, you guys swim in fear about your "diets" coz you ain't got the balls to train hard enough. But don't worry, I will post an update pic or 2 in a month or so, and I will have a sign that says whatever the fuck you want it to say, just to prove dat I am the real deal, and not some fucking gimmick. Dude, it's weightlifting, not war. You don't need balls for it, just go to the gym and lift some weight, it's nothing special at all.

I don't think dj181 is a gimmick, he claimed he posted pictures for gh15 to tell body%, I haven't seen them but... it seems he's legit, he seems to be a good dude.
But THIS thing came to me as a surprise, major downer, dawg... dj181, learn to see who the wet bags shit bags are. That subject you so difend here has been caught up with many lies before and he allways tried, and prolly still tries to avoid some stuff that is personal to him yet embarrasing, but yet he calls everyone else out all the time with nothing to back up himself with ::)

I hear ya devil ma man! But you misconstrued what I'm trying to say. I'm not trying to align myself with fatpanda, coz I also don't completely agree with his theories. My message is this: TRAIN VERY, VERY HARD AND TRAIN CONSISTANTLY, and "diet" means FUCK ALL within the quest to an outstanding bod 8) Also, 1 protein gram per KILO is all you need ;)

Me 8) But seriously, I've been taking in roughly 1 gram per kilo for the last 3 or 4 weeks, and my strength has steadily increased while my arms and delts have got rounder and rounder ;)

No i have not passed out after a giant set, but if you do, you're an idiot who doesn't understand training. It's not about passing out, it's about building muscle.
Maybe if you didn't pass out in each training session because you are so hardcore, you would build some muscle and not be some 160lbs twink @ 36 years old.

1st of all, I am a lifetime natural trainer, so I WILL NEVER BE A SOLID 200 POUNDS, and God bout dat ;) And I'm ain't asking you to be ma training partner DK, wot I'm asking you is have you ever passed out for a hard training set/cycle? If not, then you don't know what hard training is. But seriously, how big do you expect a lifetime natural trainer to be? I'm talking one who is sitting at sub-6 FYI, Gh15's answer is 165-170 MAX Do you refute God's decree? Oh, and by the way, I've lost 2 inches off ma waist, so I think dat it's safe to say dat da gummi bears and chocolate chip cookies aren't making me fatter 8)

LOL, i think "dj181" is the type of guy that usually passes out in the gym locker room after getting filled up with man juice by the local fire brigade after their circle training, but not because he it was a horrible experience but because he can't wait until the football team is finished with training. He gets all massive 70grams of protein this way straight from the tap.

you then posted articles that totally opposed your claim that optimum training comprises of all 3 energy systems, and directly advises to chose a specific energy system based on the sport for optimum gains.
