Title: Quertle, a new resource for research.
Post by: Vince B on January 12, 2011, 05:14:05 PM
Quertle is a search engine that helps find research. It is a free resource and usually gives the full text plus the abstract.

The trouble with most of the research is it is too difficult to comprehend without a science background.

Have a look at some recent research into hypertrophy.

Agree on this, this Dutch science journalist has a good page on nutrition, training, gear and other aspects; http://www.ergo-log.com/
Interesting part is the Anabolics Book (http://www.ergogenics.org/anabolenboek/index0en.html) section
