Because there is nothing to sue for? It's a private club and no one is forcing you to join.

I guess what he is saying is that, if you look like you lift or are in shape, then youare not welcome, but at the same time they say that they are "judgement free". They run ads with the tagline "This is your planet, not theirs"
And actually, many of these gyms would not exist if it were not for bodybuilding

They say there a judgement free place(zone). Its actually written on the wall. Whe n clearly they are very judgemental of a certain type of body. I'm sure there is a case if someone really wanted to go after it. The commercials alone show that they are judgemental.
