Well this is where the multiple personalities kick in when states one meal a day could it be another personality speaking? Sounds like he uses some Falcon methods pushups and situps he looks fast not sure on punches.

i have a real hard time believing his push up/sit up count.  A lot of his 'lifestyle' seems wishy washy but the numbers seem to be pretty outrageous.

Multiple personalities will cause this effect depends on which one you are talking to, although I have heard for years he never trained with weights believe it or not. How do you think he will do in the octagon swede?

well, if he loses his next fight, will he blame it on the 3-4 hrs of sleep and 1 meal per day? :-\

I remember reading a story about Hershel when he was with the Cowboys.  He portrayed the image of "all health" but players talked about him going on McDonalds runs in the middle of the night and just killing some junk food.  Herschel laughed about it and said he had to protect his image.

Don't let Fatpanda see this. He won't be taking into account the fact that he is sedentary 23.5 hours a day and is full of more estrogen than the first 5 rows of a theatre that's playing the "Vagina Monologues"

this is exactly the shit im talking about.

he can CLAIM to only have one meal per day.. because i don't know anyone who counts spooning two day old macaroni cold out of the tupperwear a 'meal.'

same for sleep.. half of the US only sleeps 4.5 hrs per night if you don't count snoozing, waking up to pee because of a failing prostate, laying in bed pissed off for 2 hrs before you finally pass out in a booze/ambien induced coma.

that's why the workout shit is baloney.  any way you slice it those numbers are way the fuck off.  HW might be able to kick some ass but he's still just another fake blow hard.  i hope he gets killed in the octagon.
