friends,,as you can see gh15 get many pms,,it very hard to answer all when it come ,,i have to live life too and do bodybudling,,but be sure gh15 read it all,,gh15 always answer,,it may take 2 week 1 month 3 months,,you wil get your answer and it will be true,, so as one of getbig legend keith who pass away used to say ,,
