So what are some ways you can avoid aging. In terms of energy levels, mobility etcera.
I've noticed a few around here especially groink have been able to really fight the effects of aging with the use of anabolics. Any advice what can one do as we get older?
I don't mean looking good either but feeling good. I'm guessing avoiding heavy lifting can be key. Proper exercise low boby fat I think would also help what else.

Mostly genetic.
Daily exercise is a must + eating veggies and fruit.

Nothing can be be done about aging. Lotsa stuff you can do to maximize your quality of life, tho: diet, exercise, good social life, sex etc. One thing I'd recommend to guys, especially as they get older, is to work the legs. Can't stress that enough.

Good genes count for a lot. Keeping in shape counts for a lot as well. A strong mind counts the most, IMO. I don't think about my age. It doesn't matter. Too much to accomplish still!

Meh genetics is a scape goat. It's not something that is well understood, there are no genes for aging. Good genetics for some means being strong as fuck while older, for others means just living forever, the same genes linked to strenght can often be linked to shortened life spans.
