legs up in the air my best has been 23 reps... shit is hard...
most people can't do 30...
here's a guy doing 47 reps with his own bodyweight (220.5lbs)

and it's called military bench press (regular bench press except legs up in the air so you can't arch your back at all, and no belts allowed)

hardcore.. kneewraps while benching and a spotter sitting @ about 35% bodyfat

I dont have a clue, I stop at 12 reps, add up mor weight and start another set.

About 17 or 18, I can't remember - it's been quite a few years since I've tried it.

great job devilsmile. if you bulk up to 135lbs you will see that it'll be harder. But thn you will be strnger

got 19 or 20 with 225 when i was 203 for the bench competition on the powerlifting board a while back
gotten a good bit stronger since then but dont do flats anymore b/c of my shoulders
I think i could probably get my body weight of just below 200 on inclines for around 20
