LOL no.

In a culture where driving a car and watching MTV can result in being lashed and gang raped, I would think that more arab muslim nazi's would react violently and blame Western Culture for improving the way their women look. Plus, with nicer boobs, these arabian women would almost certainly pull less violent, more intelligent suitors ie- Non Arab men. The results would be catastrophic on a global scale.
