anyone know what kind of tv and size this is ?

if you were to buy the best, largest tv not 3d what would it be.

Depends on the room I was putting it in but for absolute size nothing tops a high end projector and a quality screen.

Not much of a choice in flat panel units in screen sizes over 65".

Depends on the room I was putting it in but for absolute size nothing tops a high end projector and a quality screen.

Not much of a choice in flat panel units in screen sizes over 65".


I remember way back when I was looking for a flat panel and you gave me a lot of info and mentioned a Vizio and we've since purchased 2....very happy w/them. Thanks!

That was a long time ago. Glad you are happy with them.

On the topic of the original poster Vizio was supposed to make a 72" LED unit that was state of the art (at least for Vizio) but it never materialized. Too bad because I wanted that bad boy.

Weren't you looking into a Lexus or something? I remember showing you a picture of that LSF Lexus makes before they released. Their selling them for around half a Million and even at that price they lose money on each one.

I have the best, largest NON 3d tv.. my 74" Samsung that covers most of the wall in my living room :)

More important than the size is the dimensions, most modern tv's have a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, this is an ultra-wirescreen 21:9, a new trend for very high end luxury tvs
