Will this make a difference in upper inner chest?
I did these last night and I felt those muscle fibers firing hard.

They can build the parts of the chest that are usually weak in many guys, but you have to use some weight and do slow/slower controlled reps.

I do them, but I'm really lacking upper-inner chest, so i don't know if they're working, but try it for a few months.

Seems like the close grip would just put more workload on your triceps.....

Yep, like you feel anterior delts during bench press because it's a synergist muscle. I guess the closeness of the grip activates the inner chest fibers.
