He clearly has an advantage because of his stumpy legs - born squatter.

I see why there are no mirrors in front of that rack! Oh brother. ;D

Decent form, but I would suggest to go a little deeper, to keep the knees bent and to never pause except for the last 2-3 reps.
Don't understand why Paco is even wearing wrist wraps during squats.
Finally a gym without a annoying mirror before the squat rack.

It's easy to strain your wrists during squats. Plus he can't even grip the bar properly so the wrist is bent.
Paco is maybe 20 reps from failure... not a criticism, just an observation. He doesn't need to train harder.

Yeah that's the problem with plain barbell plates. My gym has plates with big holes, so I use them for a natural grip position.

In the past, i was doing deep sumou squat and i injured my abductor a bit. So since that, i do this when i do sumou style.
We consider that if we feel maximum contraction in the glutes area, our job is done.

Jeez - Paco's legs are ridiculous - in terms of size they've surely got to be up there with the biggest of all time.
