I wish I gave a shit.

Baltimore doesn't have a pro basketball team(yet) so I pull for the Wizards. They have some talented pieces on their squad. Great move unloading Arenas' contract to the Magic. This team needs another year playing with one another. Flip Saunders is doing the best he can with what he has to work with. Mcgee is beast on the boards and blocking shots. They need one more post scorer to complement Blatche and they can improve by 10-15 wins, easily.

John Wall has a chance to be something special. I hope the Wizards are willing to shill out big bucks in 2 years when his rookie contract is up.

I'm on an island.   :)  I say I haven't seen them play because they never play on national TV.

I'd say so.  They come here every other year for training camp.

They're not looking so good lately. I know it's only the regular season but they need to trade for a top flight point guard. They're an old team. Why not trade for a Chris Paul?

1st round draft choice, Steve Blake, Ron Artest to the Hornets for Paul. They definitely need to get younger in the backcourt.

They look terrible.  Would love to have Chris Paul, but no way they get him for Blake and Artest.  Not sure the salaries match.  Plus Artest looks injured.  LA would have to give up Odom or Bynum to get Paul IMO.

Too soon to panic.  I think a large part of the problem is complacency because they're waiting for the playoffs to start.  But they better get their butts in gear.  SA is beating everyone they play.

The Cavs have lost 21 in a row.  I feel sorry for Byron Scott.

I'm an old-school Lakers fan, and I'm still upset over that McHale/Ainge conspiracy that sent KG to Boston.   :)

Those were some of the best sports days of my life (80s basketball).  Nothing like Celtics v. Lakers on a Sunday morning.

Me too.  I remember some of the early games in the series would be on weekdays, I would rush home from school to watch them.  Just a great rivalry.... and one thing that helped it was that it wasn't totally one-sided like so many other "rivalries" in sports are.  And do much respect among the players involved in it.

Agree.  Celtics, Lakers, Sixers, Pistons.  We'll never see teams like that again.

Even though I really hate the Celtics, my all-time greatest starting five would still include Bird and McHale.

I'm the same way.  Magic would be my starting PG for sure even though at the time I hated him.....  ;D
