It's a week or so old now but has everyone seen this?
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=6061650
Highlights:
* 13 University of Iowa football players ended up in the hospital with rhabdomyolysis following a series of off-season workouts.
* One player reported having to squat half his max (240 lbs) 100 times within a certain amount of time.
Moral: squats are bad for your kidneys.
A real Getbigger would have done curls with the IV bag after entering the hospital.

One commentator in a news article made a very interesting point. I guess a lot of young athletes are now taking statin drugs because of their idiot doctors. It's a natural response to exercise i.e. heavy lifting for your cholesterol levels to go up. So these doctors are prescribing statins. A direct side effect of statins can be rhabdomyelosis. Not sure if it's true but it is an interesting piece of info. Chris Doyle is a fucking idiot anyway! Why that dude is their S&C coach is mind boggling.
