Title: how does amonia work on heavy lifts does it decrease fibrinogen?
Post by: Marty Champions on February 01, 2011, 06:11:02 AM
does it work to decrease fibrinogen levels like cayeene pepper or hot peppers. fibronogen levels have been linked to heart attacks , the levels of fibrinogen are increased after workout wich can cause potential heartattacks in healthy falcons. I dont really have bad heart issues anymuchmore but i have started again on the hot peppers and they seem to work because they have that nitric oxide effect of expansion. i doubt ill try the amonia because if you cant eat it then its probably bad for you, but i havent researched it at all.

today i re-tried some cayenne with water down orange juice. i have to water down my juices for a proper effect

but im guessing this amonia i beleive it is? some how effects oxygen. after all if its good on one lift it must be good on all lifts, and is it truly safe and effective?
