Days prior to my mutation experiment, I decided to get a full check-up. My results came back with excess protein in my urine. Further tests were ran it my doctors have advised me that my days of excess protein should cease and desist immediately, otherwise I could make a small problem large and end up on dialysis.
So my new goal is to shrink down to twink level 180-190 and lose alot of excess weight. Fat and muscle to maintain a healthy rest of my life. If anything will be used, it will be T-3, Ephedrine and caffine, maybe clen. low level gh low level test. 150-175gm of protein max.

Sometimes I eat well under 100 grams of protien per day and it doesn't make much difference.
I guess when you're on gear protien is really important. But when you're natural I really don't think it's that important to eat a high-protien diet.

AAS increases protein synthesis; so you benefit more from high protein but at the same time in theory you could get away with a lower protein intake too and grow (because you are more 'efficient' at storing the protein).

Just cut back on the protein and calories, and just do cardio and light weights or bodyweight exercises...dips, pushups, pull ups, and you'll look better at 180, than most do at 240...and your pant size will have shrunk.

When you are on steroids your body really uses that protien to build muscle so it's important to eat a lot.
When you're natural. Your kidneys get hit with most of that protein, not your muscles.
Protien is important for a natural but people don't need any more than like 100 grams per day usually.

if you're healthy then it's not a problem to eat 2-3g protein per kg bw and day ...and I don't see any reason to limit protein intake. I mean if there are potential benefits of eating up to 3g/kg and it's not dangerous then it makes sense to err on the side of abit too much, if you're looking to grow.

I really don't understand your thinking, I mean if it can be beneficial (and it's not dangerous if your healthy, studies show this)..why not go with 2-3 g/kg/day? I mean if your in the gym busting your ass several days per week...why would you limit protein. (assuming you are healthy)
I understand that there are alot of myths in bodybuilding: you have to eat 6 times per day (every 3 hours..) etc and alot of bogus supplements.... but don't throw out the baby with the bathwater just because you want to be 'anti-establishment'.

well me, I think I'll jump in if my rotator cuff is in training order... all of a sudden it's not the ac tendon that's fucking me up, it's my rotator cuff.. hurts alot. I went to the doctor today and he thinks I have an infection between that and the joints but it's unlikely that there's any tears because I could do lateral raise movement while he held my arms (no homo), even thouh he couldn't hold them 8). I got some medication for the infection and some super lotion to rob it on.
I was gonna take the pics of my shoulder just 40 minutes ago, but then I crashed my car and had to cancel the trip for tomorrow ::)... no, really.... but as for now I can only hope that i actually DO NOT HAVE any tears.

I remember watching on National Geographic where this Arctic (or was it Antarctic) tribe just spends their lives following around the caribou. Everything they have comes from this animal. Their clothes, tents, candles, food... everything. There's just nothing else in that arctic wasteland. The meat I assume is pretty lean. But lets just say it's 30% fat. If they are eating 400 grams of meat a day 280 grams at 1,120 calories will come from protein and 120 grams at 1,080 calories will come from fats. This will give them about 2,200 calories a day. But chances are they need a lot more because of the extremely cold weather and that they are always moving.
Remember, your body, if necessary, does not need carbs to survive. Amino acids can be converted to glucose for energy but carbs can't be converted to amino acids which is second only to water as far as what your body is composed of.

I never drink milk and have to avoid dairy. I can tolerate small amounts like cheese and ice cream but if I do it more that two days in a row I get stomach problems and coughing up phlegm. Sugar from fruit, fructose, isn't processed the same way as simple sugars. It's molecules are much larger and takes longer to break down. And as fruit also has fiber this also contributes to fruit having a much higher glycemic index.

That there is the problem, black people tend to think stress is " ::) " and don't pay attention to it. I prided myself in "biting off more than I could chew, and chewing like hell", when in fact it was effing me up. You have to understand the mentality, is because of Slavery...and not bend nor breaking under stress...Which is one of the reasons why mental health is taboo in the black community as well. You are taught to just deal with it and persevere...
Blacks being disproportionately in bbing is a result of the Ferrari v Toyota example I gave...but, that is not to say that they will not have problems in the future---I suspect the reason why Capriese Murray was force to stop competing was possibly due to the strain on the kidneys---he said that he had to retire due to high reasons
Drug abuse, I don't know the stats, but many poor blacks get into for "escapism" reasons to deal with the stress...
But, i neither used drugs, but high blood pressure runs in my family, and I have been slim all my life, and very active...
The fact is the high protein diets, along with high sodium, dispropotionately affect blacks far more---possibly due to not going to get check out, and having shitty diets

Personally, I started hitting the gym hard and consistently again on 10-1-10. I am only on apprx. 33 mgs of compounded test cream per day, and thus far have lost just over 30 pounds while increasing muscle slightly. My strength levels have also gone up significantly as well. Until the last couple of weeks I have done this eating 1-3 meals a day......usually 1 or 2. I have since gotten up to 3-4 meals/ day, but at the most I am getting about 130 grams of protein per day, and about 1500 cals total. I would love to see what could happen if I could eat like a normal person and do the cycle you were planning.
You were supposed to be training naturally to get a jump on things. What progress have you made so far?

Days prior to my mutation experiment, I decided to get a full check-up. My results came back with excess protein in my urine. Further tests were ran it my doctors have advised me that my days of excess protein should cease and desist immediately, otherwise I could make a small problem large and end up on dialysis.
So my new goal is to shrink down to twink level 180-190 and lose alot of excess weight. Fat and muscle to maintain a healthy rest of my life. If anything will be used, it will be T-3, Ephedrine and caffine, maybe clen. low level gh low level test. 150-175gm of protein max.

Are your genetics such that they may classify as complete crap or is this sort of mental problem you have developed? Seriously, why don`t you just lift, train and eat like a normal white person for once without any drugs. Try it, you may actually progress.

Those tribes in the Arctic aren't black. Blacks have some of the highest rates of kidney disease (I know i have it) and issues with protein. One of my theories is that our genetics our kinda like a Ferrari or high performance car...there are very little tolerances, unlike say a Toyota, which has high tolerances. So there is a fine line one must walk..and our diets don't help to maintain that, especially the sodium and protein...

That is the daily protein intake of a 500 lbs lion and even at this bodyweight a lion only survives this intake because it has literally 10 X the amount of protein-digesting acids in the stomach and 10 X more protein-breaking protease enzyme than a Human. Protein intake over 500 grams a day is literally lethal for a Human.
