Anyway, Good too see Armin is doing fine these days. I should try that rear delt exercise

Its laziness and no will to train without drugs.

he told me that he started BB with 11'' arm improved just 1 inch first year, got on the gear and improved 8 inch in the following year

so genetics are most importand ::)
