It does. It speeds up your heart rate and makes your body burn up calories quicker. Rasised your metabolism. It also dries you out temporarily bringing out vascularity.
90 degrees C? I think you don't know how to read celcius. Saunas are never that hot.

It also helps to put on a Tyvek DuPont suit with garbage bags during your sauna session and reduce liquids by 90%
GOOD LUCK!!!!

The only water you should be ingesting is from Winstrol or suspension-anablico, testosterona.

You should also ingest 800mg of DNP before any sauna. This will make sure water is pulled from the skin.

One more thing, you should take around 500mcg or clenbuterol and about 200mg of ephedra half an hour before any sauna to speed metabolism.
Hope this helps

Another "secret" of the pro's, before going into a sauna drink a full bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce to further fat burning mode. If you do all this, you will have "Momo + Munzer" like conditioning. Look out competition!

it's dangerous but it works... I can drop 4lbs if I want to at one sitting... even more if I jsut wanted to.
But get this, you are fucking thirsty.... thirsty... even more thirsty, and tirred... you would have to NOT drink after it for few hours because you would gain water retention prety quick. Not eat for awhile for the same reason.
And when you do drink, only like half a glass of water and THAT IS IT!... and keep this for like 12 hours so your body won't suddenly gain all the water back.
good luck, I rather do one session of cardio and skip the carbs than losing water weight in 100 degrees sauna

It helps but mostly with water retention, and that's just short term if that's what you want. I'd rather keep water intake medium-large and at steady pace to keep retention down for the long term. The leanness comes from diet first and foremost so I'd focus more on that.

Oh and I forgot another supplement to take before a sauna. 50mgs of Lasix and 20mg of Dyazide. This will put the finishing touches on the "waterless" physique. Dynamite!!!!!!!

Saunas are great, and i recommend them for general wellness. I`ll assume you`re talking dry sauna, because 90 Celsius would boil your skin in a wet(steam) sauna. 90 C is excessive. I would not go over 80 C as anything past that will start to burn you up. I use a dry sauna 4-5 times a wk for 30-45mins a session. usually post-workout. It`s great for dropping water weight if that`s a goal.
For me, it`s more for the detoxing effect/recovery/relaxation. Sauna really draws out toxins stored in the body, particularly fat. It's best to get a shower soon following a sauna in order to wash the toxins off the skin. Recovery - it's like an induced fever. you metabolic system doesn't have work on keeping the body warm, thus more resources to repair body. Relaxation - it's like meditation for me. i usually have the lights out and veg, sometimes with ipod. Any way you slice, i think everyone should take advantage of a dry sauna if available.

Three middle aged men dropped dead in my gym's sauna last year. All three men did extreme workouts BEFORE the sauna session. They were in great physical shape so what did they do wrong? Overheat their bodies? Should they have gone into the sauna BEFORE they exercised thus when they were overheating they would stop the exercise instead of just sitting and falling asleep? Who knows, it's too late, their dead. But one thing I have noticed in the older generation, they are big with closing windows, wearing full length sweat suits on 80 degree days, why? To get a good sweat. When I was on a treadmill an older fellow in his 60's starts closing the windows. I told him don't touch the windows near me, if you want to get a good sweat, up the resistance.
