Title: Old and New
Post by: bigmikecox on February 04, 2011, 10:03:36 AM: First pic is from the 1995 Ohio Governer's Cup (now known as the Natural Northern Ohio). I was 151lbs and won the Lightweight and overall and the 2nd is from the 2009 Mid Florida. Won the LHW and overall at 194lbs

I was always warned to avoid middleweight classes because they are typically the toughest. You look great man, best of luck to you!

People dont realize that EVERY guy at a National show is GOOD!!!! The MW and LHW are a stacked class!

Yup. Those guys were HUGE! That was the first year they had SHW's. I remember being at Golds Venice a few days after the show and seeing DJ doing a photo shoot! Dude was HUGE!!!!
