i take a deck of cards and lay one down at a time, squatting all the way down and squeezing my ass cheeks together as I raise

then I repeat and pick up every card = 104 squats

prison style

lunges are for fucktards..

what a useless exercise- for building muscle.

and pretty useless for everything else too...one wrong move and youve pinched a back nerve, done a knee..and for what?!

So are you saying that if one goes from using 20 pounds per hand to using 80 pounds per hand that he won't have bigger wheels to show for it?
