just watched my first episode of this dont know where it is in the series but they were in a house being shot at with two dudes and a chick and then they went to some lady who owned a convient store and grew pot...
looks pretty good but the commercials make it look so corny

Watched the first season and liked it enough. This first show of the second season was really good. Fucking hardcore, that bitch putting down the girl's father with tainted moonshine.

Raylan Givens and his Stetson are coming back. FX has renewed “Justified” for a 13-episode third season, the network announced Tuesday.
“’Justified’ was a critically acclaimed hit series in its first season, but the show has far surpassed our expectations this season,” FX’s President John Landgraf said via press release. “Creatively, the show is on a roll. The performances of Timothy Olyphant, Walton Goggins, Margo Martindale and the entire cast are extraordinary. Graham Yost and his team of writers are delivering some of the richest stories anywhere on TV and are doing a brilliant job of being true to Elmore Leonard’s original character, Raylan Givens. We couldn’t be more proud of the work everyone has done.”
With six new episodes remaining this season, “Justified” has averaged 3.9 million viewers for its original Wednesday night broadcasts. That number is up 15% from Season 1. The Season 2 finale will air May 4.

The last three shows have each gotten better.....the season ending from last year had me on the edge of my seat going "HOLY SHIT :o :o :o"

The suspense and excitement they have on season enders should be dispersed throughout the season moreso

I though the show did a good job of keeping it up through the season.I know all the killing isn't realistic but to have as much as what happened in the ender through out the season would have made the show unbelievable.

no .. I meant have "some" of that spread throughout the season .. not all at once on one show for a grand finale type thing .. the shows have pretty weak parts that could do better

I think that every series has weak parts.I love the interaction between Raylan and his ex-wife this season.
it really shows the confusion a guy goes through when being in love and dealing with a woman ;) ;D

watched the first season, got a few episodes into the second season and lost interest. I like the actors, like the concept, but for whatever reason, lost interest. Many of the shows seemed to run together into the same show, reapeating themes.

....I think a battle between Mags vs Boyd will take place.Raylon of course will be in the middle somehow.
no idea how Loretta plays into it.

Slightly disappointed in the finale:
SPOILERS - DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT:
I didn't like how Dickie, Doyle, and Mags all, in order, got the upper hand on Raylon and he had to be bailed out.
He's been too bad ass throughout the series for all that to happen the way it did.

I still havent watched the first season so I dont know if there are any turns that may come back in the 3rd season but just from the 2nd season it leaves alot to be desired.
Dickie and boyd, mags...i can see the shield in this, it leaves you with the ending you may have wanted but still alot to desire with they way it played out.
raylon and SPOILER................. ........................ ......the baby...
who is going to be the bad guy in season 3?
dickie isnt a bad ass enough to pull it off, so who?
maybe boyd and raylon go after each other in season 3...
that would be my bet not having seen season 1 yet

Season one was really, really good. Raylon was Jack Bauer level bad ass.

I didn't think they could top the season 1 ending.I never really thought about the difference in Raylon between season 1 and 2.he got his ass kicked in both,usually the next day when he was hungover ;D
....I think next season has the potential to be really,really good.with Mags out of the way Boyd will be running all the drugs in Harlan.when you put the relationship between Boyd and Raylon in the middle it can make for good TV.
{we all know Boyd saved Raylons life and Raylon was just about to let Boyd kill Dickey},plus Dickey is still alive and might be looking for vengance.

I think the Boyd/Raylon dynamic will exist throughout the series, but Boyd will not be the main villian(friend?) until the last season.
I'll guess the Dixie Mafia will be the next bad guy, or they could focus on Miami.

Didn't think of the Dixie Mafia,or it could be the redheaded dude that was gonna kill Wionna's ex.
....I think him and Boyd start to go at it next season.I think Boyd ends up a big player now that Mags is gone.don't forget he now has Arlo and his cousin.
