In this new video update we see Vic’s leg workout five weeks out of the Arnold Classic training at Oscar Ardon's private gym and we talk about how he was first introduced to bodybuilding as a teen.

In this Mike Pulcinella mini-documentary, Victor Martinez trains legs with Oscar Ardon 5 weeks before the 2011 Arnold Classic. We also travel with Vic to Muscle Beach and he reminisces about his first experiences with bodybuilding.

Good video, sponsored by MHP.  Hopefully, we will see Vic regain his momentum ontop of the building world at the Arnold Classic.

I watched all 14 minutes and he didn't even peel once. I thought this was bodybuilding!
