1 legged back extensions are good. Preferably in the 90 degree bench.

Leg Press,feet wide and high on the platform,+ lunges + step-ups + stiff-legged deadlifts while standing on a bench or p-latform..............knees locked,lightish weight,high reps.

No, just the regular back extension where you bend at the hips, feet locked, done with one leg.

ROFL there were plenty of hot pros but many busted ones too. When they caught my attention I was either too busy or drunk to take pics ;), Thailand is awesome you cant hate brotha. Im sure Venezuela will be great, latinas> orientals , that I can agree with.

i was just pulling ya legg  :P

the women in venezuela however are differend than other women in other parts of this planet, when it comes to attitudes.

Stiff Leg Deadlifts and lunges pushing off the heel of the foot. Make sure no homos are around.  8)

 That's good that you are training your glutes.

 On April 15th one of the mandatory poses is that you must pull your thong up your ass and flex your ass Ronnie Coleman style. Make sure those tie ins are good.
