Just found two chicks (last night) got ran over by a drunk driver. He dragged one of the girls 300 feet before stopping. So it's safe to say neither one of these chicks will ever walk again. But because he didn't kill them (there only severly crippled/ugly), he's getting like 18 months in prison.
Super melt down time. My best friend live/worked on the same street for 2 years.
This is it, I'm getting right fucking wing. This is a whole new me.

if you really hate someone and wanna kill/injure them, tracking their daily routines and knowing when they leave the house and is out walking or a daily run or something and just run them over with your car and say you fell asleep is a good way, in any country it seems like.

I saw the girl in OP in real life, she was a guest speaker for the dangers of drunk driving. Really was almost unbearable to try empathize.

You are correct! They will see that pic, or if someone they know is killed by a drunk driver, there is a lot crying, and what not. Then the next weekend the same people are out getting drunk.

on par with walking and firing a semiautomatic IMHO.

I totally agree.
That doesn't really have anything to do with liberal/conservative though.
The problem in the USA is that you NEED a car usually. Most areas of the US don't have good public transportation, they don't have taxis (and if they do, they are ridiculously expensive), and there is not a good subsitute driver system.

Tonight I just saw a group of guys beat up this one guy who was with his girlfriend. I live in a condo that overlooks a plaza and in that plaza is a bar/restaurant. I have no idea how it started but these guys beat the guy down and stomped his head a couple of times. The guys girlfriend was so scared she walked around the side of the plaza and waited for her boyfriend to get finished getting beat up. The lone guy did get up and wobble away, meeting his poor girlfriend around the corner. The guys were hooting and hollering, laughing it up. I decided to call the cops on these ass clowns. The switchboard chick didn't give a flying fuk and said since the victim has left the scene, there's not point in the cops going over. I told her the guys were still standing in front of the bar and still pumped up and to get a fukin cop over there. she didn't care whatsoever and kept arguing that without a victim they can't make and arrest. Don't quite understand that since since there are witnesses but whatever. Fuked up world.
