There have been 2 threads about pros not training hard enough but today I realized I don't train nearly as hard as I should. A female friend of mine was working out in the gym too and I was embarrassed at how much my workouts lack intensity.

When he was at O$U, i was like, this guy is in his 30's. I laugh when anytime one of "Them" dies, breaks bones, tears ligaments, fails,..etc. 8) 8)

You and me both..... I loathe that whole fuckin' place..... little tidbit I learned from someone who once gave tours of the campus. They actually sprayed all the bldgs with a chemical to make them "look older" because they SOOOOO want to be an ivy league school..... :-\
They also pass out "cheer sheets" to the cameron crazies/nerd herd to tell them what and when to say during games.....pathetic.

O$U requires that you just pass your State High school test to get in to O$U. :-\ I thought, are you fucking serious? It is harder to get into Miami of Ohio then O$U. :D

haha, "higher education." Another tidbit is that the Duke mens basketball team DOES NOT have the same requirements for admission as ALL the other athletic department programs. Coach K had that little nugget pushed thru.
