If you can run more than a half of a mile while holding two 40 pound dumbells in your hands, then you have my upmost respect, sir.

been doing 100 yard dashes with the 40 pound dumbells and the 65 pound dumbells. you feel it in your traps and your cardiovascular system mainly, not so much on the legs

I live in a 26 floor building. Sometimes i'll take the elevator to the bottom while holding some weight. Then i'll walk up the stairs all the way to the top. Awesome workout. Much more difficult and challenging than just pumping out squats.

I like doing sprints whilst carrying a sandbag on my shoulder. Add some burpees at the end of each sprint for a proper lick out.

In the Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test (CFT), we have a portion where you have to sprint with two thirty lbs ammo cans, real talk no bullshit- if you give a hundred percent it'll make you want to puke everytime. You'll feel it in your traps, forearms, and in your lungs. Highly underrated exercise.
