me and my parents had one yes, not anymore :( !
he was an ex drug dog. VERY intelligent and wise :P, he was allways up to date with us, loved guests and people... sometimes we were thinking he was gonna start speaking human language :P
very goofy and baby like... but totally jealouse of his car... loved car trips!

anyway, here's one pic, SORY about the ssshity ass quality I get more pics later... but this is where he still was at police force, under 4 years old...

He was a pure short haired gsd :)
yours looks to be short and long haired, yes? But he looks prety pure allthough the coloring on the head doesn't rly apply to the gsd description but he looks to be a true gsd none the less!

mine is plush hair which is between the short and the long and he is 100% pure.. his grandparents from both sides were champions in germany ;D..
as for the color,.. as you know there are many acceptable colors of the GSD and mine is the typical black/red!!.. the distribution of black and tan on the head and the face vary from one dog to the other but still acceptable as long as no strange color is detected..
