I was wondering if i make them without any buns or oats or whole bread flour. Will they still be solid after i bake them?

If it's ground breast or very lean, it will turn out very dry. You'll need to add something to moisten and bind it. Egg would help. Then add some salsa or ground up mushrooms, seasoning, plain yogurt...
Try making my chicken meatloaf and just make them into patties and bake.

I dont really care if it comes out dry or not! I just want to make it easier to count my protein portions by making 200gr burgers...
I will add couple eggs, dry onions, seasoning, parsley and even feta cheese.
I just dont want them to brake when i bake them...i want them to be solid...
Thanks!

how many eggs (whole?) in, lets say, a kg of ground chicken breast?
Also if i decide to bake them with oat how long will they last in the refrigerator(not deep freezer)?

egg whites, and a pinch of corn starch/or flour should hold it together...

Ground chicken was on sale this week..2 packages for 4 bucks so 8 patties..I stocked up
honestly, I just weigh it out, smash them in burger type shapes and cook them all on the foreman grill. I'm with you meso, I don't care if its dry, I don't add anything to it..maybe a little tobasco or hot sauce on top..eat it plain no buns nothing

You really can't go wrong since you don't care about dryness or taste for that matter :D
Try 1 whole egg and 1 white. A little olive oil wouldn't hurt. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning. Oatmeal isn't really necessary, but if you do use it, DO NOT grind into a powder. The consistency of instant oatmeal will work well. This is all assuming you're talking about ground breast meat.
Do you have a food processor? If so, grind your own breasts. It's cheaper, fresher and safer.

Poultry-based burgers often fall apart on me - especially on the grill - regardless of how I prepare the meat & how careful I am.
I've prepared ground turkey fajita-style with Old Elpaso taco seasoning.
You could probably do the same with ground chicken.
It's fast & simple to make, goes down easy, and if you're worried about serving size consistency, use a measuring cup.
I just like it because I can cook up several pounds at one time and nuke as needed.

In 2 kgs of chicken breast ground meat i mixed 3 eggwhites and lots of seasoning..also a bit of olive oil in my hands when i made them because the meat was sticking on my hands.
Sure they came out a bit dry but no problem
