gets you ripped as fuck, possible to stay on for long periods of time, youll just keep increasing the protien becoming more and more hungry
i always looked most ripped when i starved myself eating 200-300 grams of protien and only vegetables. only problem is youll have huge swings with appetite if you dont eat enough veggies
however you might be good at it, youll be drinking lots and lots of water and veggies to curb appetite the diet works

I do it for 10 days before a marathon..It's a fucking bitch and a half and right now so am I. It does you lean you out, well for me it does, but seriously it's tough

yes research and seasoned marathon runners don't do it. But honestly the less you weigh running 26.2 miles the better IMO. The first one I ran was trial and error. I did it then and worked out very well so I'm doing it again. I'm training the same and stuff so I stick to what works for me. The day before I carb up big time. The energy I have to get me through the run was amazing, sure I hit the wall around mile 14 but none the less, this is how I diet for it.

about once a week i will eat carbs to make sure i replenish some glycogen..

not anymore, and i do drink i just drink beer, but only on the day that i am eating carbs..
