mata was as good as evan lol this is the joke of this times,,evan still able to pull insulin right but notice his delts give up in size due to insulin reduction while beign shred,,,thats why his face look belong on body still,,there is no run my friend,,you dont use enough insulina and you pay with delt width,,oger all size maybe the same but take a close look at the canadian fella he loveeeeed his insulin ,,in any case what you see now day is bodybuildin NOT at its best

when you stick your delts with mutliple dose of gh every day ,,
when you stick your delts again with multiple dose of insulin every day,,
you too will look like evan centerfini with out much effort,,its just the way it is friends,,there is no big long time experience ,,,not many years of training like crazy for hours at hand,,there is short to th epoint training with lots and lots of gh and insulin ,,this is it ,,you want big muscle? GROWTH HORMONE AND INSULINA,,
i keep geting nagged about insulina geting fat ,,NO! insulina does not get you fat when you have legit gh in blood,,NOTHING GET YOU FAT WITH LEGIT GH IN BLOOD,,insulin grow you from ewithin BLOW YOU UP FROM WITHIN to size you can nto achieve with out it ,,even if you are on legit gh you can not achieve the professional size you see and in these days the tip amatuer sie you see,,
there only ONLY way to get there is the addition of BOTH gh and insulina and not in small doses,, we are talking legit gh at higher doses and insulina at a lot more than 2 iu ....
the fellas who afraid to get fat or got fat from insulina ,,and i mean the fat between muscle and skin ...get it because they use BUNK GH,,the only fat you gain with insulin while on legit gh is fat from within the muscle ,,again ! you need L E G I T gh ,,thets the key word here LEGIT GH ,,

phil is arguably the best bodybuilder on the planet. goign by last years mr olympia he is definitely the most freaky and aesthetic. jays a little bigger and dexter is more refined, but phiil has got those insane muscle bellys, crazy vascularity and conditioning, and the best arms in bodybuilding bar none. branch has been placing so well because #1 he has been making improvements every year. #2 there hasnt been alot of guys showing up in shape, and when branch comes in completely shredded and huge, you gotta place him high no matter how unaesthetic he is. even though he really isnt unaesthetic anymore, he borught up his back, kept his gut in control.
