Year round?

I read somewhere that heart attack risk rises dramatically if you stop year round 'baby aspirin' therapy abruptly.

mmm why is that? The heart get used to a certain blood viscosity?
Maybe for ppl with a condition to start with?
-
I take 100 mg extended release aspirin per day on cycle just in case. i don't take it all the time since long term aspirin use can affect other medications taken. If you don't take a lot of other meds. then there's really no danger...

It thins the blood which protects or at least minimizes the risks of getting a heart attack, stroke or other cardio vascular issues. Also since blood is thinner it goes through the organs easier and with lower blood pressure and saves them from working excessively hard. (The blood often thickens on cycle and especially on certain steroids like eq).

What happens if you stop taking aspirin every day?
You might be surprised to learn that stopping daily aspirin therapy can have a rebound effect that may increase your risk of heart attack or stroke. If you've been on daily aspirin therapy and want to stop, it's important to talk to your doctor before making any changes. Suddenly stopping daily aspirin therapy could have a rebound effect that may trigger a blood clot.

Aspirin does not thin the blood per se. It makes the platelets less sticky.

Any of these 2 drugs to lower blood pressure can cause cramps, or liver stress?

First one does not, i'm not sure about the second one, but i'd say no...
-
one should always stay on 80mg or more year round, if no counter indications. Studies show that it lowers heart attack risk, also lowers BP.
Bodybuilders should always take it. Testosterone "thickens" the blood.

I suppose whenever you can. Morning, for example.
