what the fuck

look kinda smooth but from the separation I'd say he isn't smooth, maybe the lighting + pale skin make it seems that way

Not sure when this guy's show is but he is 3 weeks out from being shredded, two from being ripped and one from being cut.

I would tend to agree, but from his videos he seems in good enough shape

he is doing the arnold amateur next week
