Lee Haney-esque waist and back development in a Arnold-like height ;D
Down to 100kgs and my muscles are poping up like crazy. Been to the gym for exactly 12 months now after a looong hiatus. Very soon I will be claiming Groinks position as the board benchmark for naturals. Watch out sports...

... claiming Groink's... well... still a way to go brother... the man is still growing like weed as we speak..

6 months ago I was at the same spot. Back workouts were only working my upper lats and my friggin biceps.
All can I say is bent over rows man, Dorian Yates way. And as far as the other exercises goes, make the movements a little slower and more concentrated, have a spoter for the heavy sets or drop some plates if necessary.
Also, get sub 12% body fat, I couldnt believe how much fat I was storing around the back of my midsection until I lost it. People usually dont seem to notice it because the fat somewhat blend with the rest of your body there, but as soon as you get rid of it then its time for the wo effect.

yes its by far the hardest part of the upper body split. Its like your lunges go tired before your muscles, your brain start shutting down way before the lats are exausted. It demands a lot of oxygen maybe thats why we indeed feel a little high at the end of the train session. I remember when I was smoking a pack of cigs at night clubs twice a week I would feel DEAD after a back workout.
Training back is tuff business. My train partner is always bitching on back day but Im always pushing him and he pushes be because it wasnt for nothing that haney and dorian won many olympias on back alone, that muscle group separates the men from the boys.

I really miss the cable row machine. I work out at home right now, so its fucked. But with heavy cable rows you could keep lowering the weight or changing the rep range or angle till your back was just fucking bloated, dead meat. 8)

working out at home is ok but the problem is you are left with so few options. I change exercises at every 4-6 weeks. Usually at 3-4 weeks I feel the pumps decreasing a lot and from there I just go for strenght gains. When I change the exercises I feel mad pumps again even with low weight and start everything over again. Thats why I think working out at a gym is a must specially if you are natural.
