Title: 3 Feet High Ball Jump - can you do this?

Schrank played middle linebacker at George Mason before an ACL injury derailed his career. Fearing that no school would take a flyer on a junior walk-on, he followed a girl (now his wife) to Radford University and played on the club team there. His improbable draft dreams were dashed last April, but he hasn't given up hope. Currently seeking a spot with the UFL's franchise in Virginia, Schrank continues to work out, operates a website that helps market himself and runs a t-shirt company with his grandmother in order to fund his training.

Big deal

Training, precision, balance - something very few of us can do....

Can you even do this from the ground?

If you weren't the mighty Ronaldo, I would take this opportunity to bust out a brutal mom joke. We can't always be there to watch your 6, boss. You need to work on your situational awareness. Might I suggest another gimmick to mix it up with the troops, just like the old days?

Anybody who rollerblades. skateboards or surfs could do this quickly. I'm sure I could. if I used to be able to land on a hand rail balancing on a piece of plastic, this looks easy. no skill
