Fried porkchops can be had a breakfast or dinner, like fried potatoes---it's one of those type of foods. Fried porkchops with homemade gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and bisquits is the way to go...filling, one week of eating like that=20 pounds

you are used to the Chicken Fried steak, gauranteed if you just actually sat there and tasted it for a bit, and chewed it, and just thought about the taste, you'd agree with me.

I had a woman who cooked like that, but made up her own dishes, one was a hot fried porkchops and gravy deal that had chopped jalapeño peppers in it, with spicey crab cakes, green beans, mashed potatoes, and dessert was Key Lime pie...she made all of that...and it was Southern Portions, if you know what I mean...

Man, I miss her...damn, I'm hungry now, and she cooked the bests steaks! And let me not start on her potato salad, mac and cheese and catfish...

Chicken Fried steak is a pounded strip coated and deep fried (like fried chicken) .. served with a gravy .. white ? yes I think so moreso than any other .. but I may be wrong
