lunges = the only exercise I truly hate
Outside of high-rep squats, walking lunges really punish you more than anything.

Dude has shitty arms and a wide waist. Whoever said that the Super Heavyweight Division needs to be abolished as it is the reason for shitty quality "big" guys, is speaking the truth.

id say his form is good enough for those lunges
with that weight id get dropped to the floor on first rep of the lunge and not be able to get up
i cant even do a full lunge with knee touching the ground yet with my 95 pound dumbells so i do some partials instead
but i can get a good 10-15 reps with the 65 pound dumbells on lunges

lot of weight basically 250 pounds walking and lunging! but i wonder isn't lunges one of those exercises that it's more about correct and deep form than how much weight? i mean couldn't he get the same if not better results doing let's say 75 pounds dumbbells but going really slow and deep lunges? just wondering.
off season is correct, what's up with the stomach chubby? looks in good shape for the most part being "off season" but that gut is out of control.
