ain't no joke, 60 grams of carbs in a half cup, great for packing on size.

4-5 different packages of sutrana/golden (sp) raisins at my local grocery store have hydrogenated vegetable oil listed in the ingredients.

Their also a good source of fiber so that negates the caloric count by a little. When dieting remember they contain 3 grams of carbs per raisin.
I just looked at the ingredients in mine. The cheep stop & shop brand and all it has listed is California raisins and that's it. So stick with the store brand.

There pretty good to unclog the pipes, Plus there good for carb ups.

Morning breakfast:
3 packets of Oatmeal
2 scoops of N-large 2
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
+ 1 cup of Raisins
---------------------------------
= A SHIT load of Carbs
Mixed into one big bowl, add water and heat for one minute, and serve.
Takes about 20 minutes to eat for me but then that's why I read the newspaper.

Tried eating a few the morning of a contest to get some energy, you know how that goes, a few turns into a few handfuls. Almost missed going on stage because I was on the crapper back stage. Still won my class but felt like one more pose and there would have been some fitness girls slipping and sliding during their routines. Gross I know but true.

are you joking?? bahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, fuck raisins.
as a side note, if you swish with diluded hydrogen peroxide, it whitens your teeth. It's the exact same thing as whitening kits.
