Haven't personally used it, but the dandelion root based Taraxatone and other dandelion root based versions got pretty good reviews from people I trust.

Yes tryed and they do help - nothing will compare to drugs though. :)

As far as OTC diuretics go, dandelion root is a good mild one, but Universal Nutrition's Arbuterol is absolutely sick, especially at the recommended max dose. I'm serious in only a few days it will have very noticeable effect and you piss like a race horse on it. Last time i took it, i took the max dose for three days 3 x 3 caps and after that dropped the dose to 3 caps once per day and looked pretty good at the time, i tend to hold water extremely easily so maybe that's why it worked so well on me, also it's very cheap...

Some "natural diuretics" contain "extras". :D There was a product called Star Caps, supposedly all natural. One very high level competitor had very severe cramping on it day before show. Called me up and I googled the product and saw they found it contained bumetadine, a loop diuretic, not disclosed on the label of course.
I never noticed shit from dandelion.
