Title: "Rep Power"?

I have an account on RX and i was wondering why is everybody there "reping" each other?

Is it something like hanging on the nuts and kissing each others ass?

Getbig seems to be one of the few forums which doesn't have them. Probably for the best really - you've got to work for your popularity on here.
