Title: Slim Fast?

I will be appearing in a biquini contest in June, and was wondering if Slim Fast could help me lose a couple of pounds and streamline my figure.  Anybody have experience with this?

yes, i do my entire prep for any show with slimfast. it works wonders for anyone wanting to shed some bodyfat
