first set i got total of 24 reps with the 95 pounders, 12 reps per arm in on set without setting them back down brought the dumbell up to face level
did a total of 3 sets , only got a total of 12 reps last set , 6 reps per arm
i think i will go up in weight next workout!
tommorrow hoping to do chins in sets of 2-3 with 80 pounds strapped to me

i did like 3 sets of these and 3 sets of curls with the 95 pounders, then i was hungry as fuck so i had to eat AGAIN even though ive already had a shitload of food this morning and shitted 2 times already
just did a 4th set of rows and got 14 reps, but i did this set 20 min later after i made some bojangles style baked french fries so fuckin good!

without letting the dubbels down all 3 set. That sound like somthing...thats not very easy!

i usually pull them up near my face
im thinking one or two exercises twice a day and use HEAVY weight could be the key, and do these one or two exercises of heavy weight on every 4th day is probably key
this is my new routine if i can do this twice a day and be consistent with heavy weight only no light shit, stapping on weight for chins and dips
curls/upright rows= day one
heavy dips/ sprints=day two
heavy chinups/pullups maybe heavy lunges=day three

no i dont hold the weight for 3 sets
when i put the weight down thats the end of the set

fuk like right now id like to do some reps kinda tired, maybe i need to drink epic amounts of water, its been a long day standin an paintin, all i want to do is consume calories and relax

havent done upright rows in a while. those 80 lb dumbell laterals are with bent elbows and kind of a half lateral half upright row. i could probably get the 100's for sets of 6 if it was a true upright row.

ur usin the 95 lbers and your a vegetarian and not on teh juice falcon. most guys on the juice and lots of red meat cant get anywhere near that weight. im a pretty strong dude but u obviously got some great potential
