Title: Arnold expo - Ronnie Coleman with a Baby.

The big man is a true gentle giant.  :)  Also, I thought he would be smaller based on the pictures from last week but he is easily in excess of 250 at 5'10-5'11.





PS - What program do you guys use to compress files?

Lol!

I can't imagine how big Ronnie looked at the 2003 Olympia.  I would have to guess that he looked so big it just didn't make sense.  Even at his current size it almost seems that way.  I'm not sure if we will ever see anything like 2003 Ronnie again.

Currently I am converting them to .wmv to upload them.  Any advice would be appreciated it.

LOL, it's funny because when I asked the parents if they had a problem with me posting the video on YouTube they said it would be great and I told them to search for Ronnie Coleman Baby or something to that effect, but I totally forgot about his "Light Weight Baby!!!" expression.  ;D  I would be happy if the video even showed up in the first three pages of such a search now.  Oh well, hopefully the parents find the video.  :)

I still can't believe that the above is a "skinny/fat" version of Ronnie...

LOL!!!!  Is it bad to laugh?  Am I a bad human being for ordering a pizza in the hotel and picking it up in front of lots of dieting bodybuilders?  ???

Funny thing is, someone on MD said the same thing about Ronnie.  Wouldn't be the first time [see picture below].

He's looking pretty big this year considering he is "small":
