You have a Beemer, so that mean you prolly have run flats.....
Changed tires in city, the burbs, in the rain, in the snow, 20 degrees outside, etc
BTW, Autosport magazine has a torque multiplier that helps when you have to change a tire...works like a "torque bar". $75.
And those damn lugnut locks strip, well at least the Lexus ones do.

Dude, I know you're gay but you are still a man. Men changed their own tires.
-
Related question - DId you ever get two flat tires at the exact same time?
That happens when you try to back out of one of those parking lots where it clearly says, "DO NOT BACK OUT! SEVERE TIRE DAMAGE!"
The one occasion where/when I drunk and drove.
But my wife was sober so .....

Yes, i have changed many tires, in the city, highway..
I have triple AAA. However, i doesn't make sense to call them if you can do it yourself..

Studs,
The man asked if any of you have ever changed a tire, if so, was it in the city or suburbs and since you could have, why didn't you call a car club or tow truck..
He didn't say that he never did that himself or that he couldn't.
Bay, it depends..
I've changed plenty a tire in my lifetime. At times, I've done so in the city and within the suburbs. There have been times that I have called a car club simply because I was heading to an event that required me to not get dirty (Black-tie affair, meeting with my lawyer, a power lunch etc..).
On average, I will just change the tire myself, but if there is an event that would restrict my ability to place my attire in jeopardy, I might opt for a car club (Sometimes the AAA guys can be cuties, most of them look like Branch Warren!).

I changed a tyre last week.
It was a slow puncture so I done it at the house in my drive. I do have RAC roadside assistance though for when/if I need it

No because the ground crew has to do it. Don't wanna interfere with the landing gear, jets are complicated.

It's already been done before. Many IFBB pros have taken those types of pics wearing nothing but thongs..

Strange, he doesn't look like a 300-pounder to me, but then again we can't see his cock, which can possibly weight 90 pounds..

My father required me to learn how to do a few basic things before getting my license, one of them was changing a tire. I didn't mind since I grew up around him working on cars. I've also changed oil, spark plugs, fluids, filters, lamps, and belts. Would I change a tire on the side of the road? Probably not. But if I were stranded somewhere, I could.
-
Funny story.....I remember one time me, my buddy, his GF, and her friend were going to the club. His gf and the other chick started joking around about how they didn't need a "Man" to do stuff for them. They could do anything a man could do bla bla bla.......Well as she's pulling into the parking lot of the club she hits a really bad pothole and the tire goes flat.
Guess who ended up changing the tire? The guys or the 2 women that didn't need a man to do anything?

yeah...when you got over 800 to the wheels and launch at almost 7grand...drag radials just dont cut it anymore....my fiances mustang isnt bad because its still full weight and the turbo has lag(too big)...but the camaro, and the supra are worthless on race tune without slicks..

Add a liitle juice, no lag. That's how the ricers roll. Lag is great for high power cars tho.

its got a 200 shot(never used it).....it was running a 76mm turbo like a champ...changed it to a 96mm and it didnt like that at all.....went down to a 88mm and it runs better than the 76mm, and much easier to tune...with the 88mm the lag should be cleared up...but havent taken it to the track lately..

Lisa from My Cousin Vinny ;D
It helps to have the right tools ;) This thread has reminded me that I've actually been around auto shops quite a bit. More-so than the average girl, I would guess. Of course, dad. In high school; took auto shop and worked at a Toyota dealer (reception/cashier). Worked at a company (marketing dept) that made tire balancers, alignment equip, engine analyzers... have a few friends who restore, one who owns a body shop, and one who runs the shop at a truck stop. About all I do now is put air in my tires :D

Way too many times.... I lived in Egypt remember, and the roads there are so shitty, would literally change the tires once a month in the most random places!!! And they weren't just getting punctured, they were getting ripped the fuck up!!
hahahaha... one time, here in the US, when I was back in High School, I got a flat tire like literally right in front of the enetrance to the High School (This was the time I had a Jeep with the BIG ACH license plate - so everyone at my High School knew what I dove).... well I pulled over and began changing the tire, trunk was left open where I was taking out the spare.... anyways for some reason, This cop pulls up behind me, lights on and everything and decides to help me out..... Now, the funny thing is, everyone in my high school was driving by, and they see my Jeep with the trunk open and a cop car behind me with it's lights on..... and of course when I actually make it to school people were coming up to me saying they saw me and my car was being searched and asking what happened, even teachers were coming up to me saying things like "What? did they find steroids in your car or something?" lol

The first time I did it I blew out a tire in the middle of those mountains north of LA. I didn't know what the fuck I was doing. Some hillbilly guy pulled over and helped me out. I didn't call anyone because it was 1999 and I didn't have a cell phone, just a beeper.
Might as well fix it yourself. It takes like 5 minutes. Better than calling up someone else to help you like a little bitch who needs his Mama's titty.
