Title: Odd, added hemp protein w/ evey meal lately and it left me feeling a tad queezy?

What gives?? Other than that I have increased energy and improved feeling of healthfulness.

So it should benefit , for example building muscle mass and strength. 


What is your experience with this wonderfull gritty green sandlike protein?

I just cut a few slices of ginger and made some tea.

Have not felt better in weeks.

ginger improves digestions and blood flow,

and interestingly enough, I just recall it's well know to alleviate queezyness.

I might have a slight ginger deficiency.
